If you are currently struggling
to find clarity in your life or
career; looking for a better
path to achieving your goals.
I encourage you to explore
working with a Life Coach.

A coach can help you identify
the roadblocks to your success
,enhance your communication
skills, develop your leadership
skills and help you embrace an attitude that will help to eliminate worry, stress and tension while setting you on the path to the future you deserve.
The individuals and groups I and my associates have successfully worked with come to us when they are struggling with defining or executing a plan, when they are stuck or dissatisfied with the path they are on.  We work together to design the steps needed to accomplish their objectives while always being true to the core ethical values we share.  As you read through the site you will be able to discern if the style, values and strengths I bring to the coaching relationship are compatible with you and/or your team.  If they are, I look forward to hearing from you and having an opportunity to help you achieve your success.

You are ready for coaching if...

...you are creative, intelligent and willing to accept full responsibility for your actions and your future happiness? If you strive to be a positive contributor at home and at work and understand that success and leadership are much more than a paycheck or a title.

Germaine Life Coach may not be right for you if...

... you are a careerist and/or your decisions are primarily politically driven; think honesty and accountability are just Power Point buzz words; feel your "entitled" instead of obligated as a result of the position you hold; Believe "it's just business" is ever an acceptable excuse for bad behavior or dishonesty.  If any of those statements speak to who you are we are not likely to view success the same way.

I would like to see "It's just business" stricken from our vocabulary.  All decisions, even in the work place, are personal to someone....
....and while at it, let's rid ourselves of the expression "I had no choice".  A phrase almost exclusively used to excuse ourselves from making the right choice, the selfless choice, or the difficult choice.
